Oh, the cakes at the restaurant! We tried a chocolate delicacy that was a heavenly treat after our hike. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the packed breakfast was perfect for early starts. The ambiance is cozy with a lovely pool and jacuzzi nearby that adds to the vibes.

Arriving on a rainy day wasn't ideal. My room was in a separate block with no cover to shield me from the weather. The hotel booked a taxi for us, but getting one back was a bit of a challenge.

Getting to your room can be a wet mess with no covered paths!!! The spa amenities need serious repairs because charging for broken facilities is a joke!!! Plus, the gardens look like they haven't met a gardener in ages!!!

If you're walking the Camino, keep in mind that it’s quite distant from the main route, leading to a frustrating experience with insufficient directions. Additionally, being assigned a room in a separate block without covered walkways is inconvenient, especially in bad weather. Maintenance issues like broken saunas and poorly kept gardens detract from the overall experience, unlike what you'd expect in a retreat.

This place could have been amazing, but I was given a room far from everything, with no help for my luggage, how quaint. Almost had a good review, but being unable to find a taxi back was just too much. The staff seemed overwhelmed, while I nearly passed out from the sauna! Really disappointing.
